← Back to home Co-founded and led one of Slovakia's most influential non-governmental think tanks in the area of public sector governance. Programme Area Director (2000–2002), Executive Director (2002–2006), Senior Researcher (to 2010). No longer active in operations, still a formal member.
Managing and contributing contents to a number of public policy projects in the area of **program evaluation**, **education policy** (including Roma inclusion), **public administration reform** and **information society**. Clients included the World Bank, OECD and European Commission.
In parallel (2004–2011) I lectured at the **Institute of Public Policy, Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Comenius University** — co-founded a master's programme in public policy, taught Economic Aspects of Public Policy and Policy Evaluation.
Before SGI, I was a **reporter at Reuters** (1998–2000) — reporting and analysis focusing on economic, financial and political news, extensive experience with data reporting. And before that, Deputy Director and Spokesperson at the **Association for Fair Elections — Civic Eye '98** — a civic volunteer election monitoring project with over 1,700 participants.
