First-hand experience of dialogue with the most varied stakeholders from government ministers, public sector officials, academics, civil society people, teachers, people facing social exclusion.
Experienced facilitator of Theory of Change development and updates — clients include Superar International, Superar Slovakia, PUNKT o.z., Misia 1000 and Nadácia Milana Šimečku. Facilitates workshops in Slovak and English; trained in meeting facilitation and conflict resolution (UWC).
Worked on some of the first counterfactual impact evaluations in Central and Eastern Europe, together with a team of scientific advisors from J-PAL (Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab), the World Bank and CEU.

- **Roma Inclusion Study** (Pitija for EEA & Norway Grants, 2014–2016) — team leader on a study on programmes relevant for Roma inclusion supported by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants
- **EU Progress — Early Childhood** (SGI / Roma Education Fund, 2012–2014) — principal investigator (together with J-PAL and World Bank researchers) on one of the first counterfactual impact evaluations on early childhood education in Europe, with the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Slovak Republic for Roma Communities
- **National Roma Integration Strategy** external evaluation (SGI, 2014) — team leader
- **A Good Start** Phase II (SGI for Roma Education Fund, 2013–2014) — designed a complex evaluation of Roma Education Fund intervention in Hungary, Macedonia, Romania and Slovakia; methodology included a counterfactual impact evaluation with household surveys for participants and control group, qualitative research, statistical analysis; coordinated team of six researchers across four countries and 16 localities
