Superar, Music for Social Change, brings music education to children from diverse social backgrounds. I built and run the M&E framework for the Slovak programme (part-time since 2020) and advise Superar EU in Vienna on its international evaluation approach.
In practice:
- Created an organisation-wide M&E framework involving qualitative and quantitative data collection
- Trained and support Superar field staff with data collection in primary schools
- Built monitoring tools and reporting templates used across the programme
- For Superar EU: supporting development of the M&E framework for the international programme across Austria, Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina
