I help select Slovak students for UWC schools and raise funds so applicants are not limited by family income. Active member of the Slovak UWC alumni association.
UWC is a global network of schools that brings together young people regardless of background. I attended UWC-USA in Montezuma, New Mexico (1993–1995), where I earned the International Baccalaureate diploma. I am also a certified instructor in conflict resolution and meeting facilitation.
UWC opened the door to studying in the US, with a BA in Economics and Politics at Brandeis University (1998, cum laude, Wien International Scholarship), and then the UK, with an MSc. in Economics at the University of Edinburgh (2001, distinction in dissertation, Chevening Scholarship).
