Work for Bratislava

From 2026, I am building a new foreign direct investment (FDI) support agenda for the City of Bratislava, within UMSA under Ján Mazúr.

I have worked part-time at City Hall since 2020. I established the City of Bratislava’s corporate fundraising function: first as Coordinator of Partnerships for the 10,000 Trees Initiative (2020–2021), then across CSR/ESG initiatives more broadly (from 2021). In three years I helped raise more than €1.5 million for the city’s work on the environment, democracy and refugee support.

What that looks like in practice:

  • I led the launch of the City’s groundbreaking 10,000 Trees Initiative and helped develop it into a model of cross-sectoral cooperation, with all tree planting now funded entirely by the private sector
  • I led cross-sectoral fundraising efforts for Bratislava’s response to people fleeing the war in Ukraine
  • I established and personally ran the Office of the Partnerships Coordinator day to day: launched the City’s CSR Update, created new formats for donor involvement and recognition
