Since 2020 I work part-time at City Hall. I established a corporate fundraising function for the City of Bratislava — first as Coordinator of Partnerships for the **10,000 Trees Initiative** (2020–2021), then for **CSR/ESG initiatives** more broadly (from 2021). Helped raise over **€1.5 million** over three years for city initiatives in the area of environment, democracy and refugee support.
**What that looks like in practice:**
- Led the launch of the City's groundbreaking **10,000 Trees Initiative** and helped develop it into a model of cross-sectoral cooperation, with all tree planting now funded by private sector donations
- Led cross-sectoral fundraising efforts for Bratislava's highly acclaimed **response to the inflow of people fleeing the war in Ukraine**
- Established, managed and single-handedly ran the **Office of the Partnerships Coordinator** — launched the City's **CSR Update**, created new formats for donor involvement and recognition
